Not only is New Zealand one of the most beautiful places on earth, it also offers some of the best conditions in the world for pastoral farming.
Grazing free on fertile green pasture.
We have a long and proud history of farming and the quality of our meat is amongst the very best in the world. 100% grass-fed, all our beef and lamb comes from local New Zealand farms. In fact, most of our animals graze free on the fertile green pastures of the lower North Island of New Zealand – the Wairarapa, Manawatu, Rangitikei and the rolling hills of southern Hawke’s Bay.
Our temperate climate, lush pastureland, clean water and pure air, all make it the ideal environment for raising healthy and contented livestock – naturally fed, safe to eat and free to grow in their own time, just as nature intended.
A more sustainable approach to farming.
This abundant and pristine environment also enables us to take a more sustainable and energy efficient approach to the way we farm, when compared with much of Europe, North America and Northern Asia. New Zealand pastoral farming is also highly efficient. Unlike some others, we don’t require fossil fuels to produce the grains and processed animal feeds, needed for intensive farming.
What this all means is that you can be assured that when it comes to the quality of our meat, animal traceability and sustainability, we’re producing a world-class product.
